Consultants to manage and project manage historic liabilities related to past coal mining activities, which includes the following elements. The provision of a 24 hour 365 day service to respond to emergency call outs in respect of surface hazards caused by past coal mining. Management and inspection of approximately 500 scheduled sites associated to monitoring of mine gas and water. The management and inspection of colliery spoil heaps. The assessment of remedial works in respect of the above elements, instruction and supervision of contractors, and acting as engineer. Perform the roles of Designer and Planning Supervisor under the CDM Regulations.
