13. Qualifications:

All information allowed for in the UK Public Contract Services Regulations will be required for appraisal purposes including resources, efficiency and reliability, experience and track record, skills and qualifications of individuals, management structure and qualifications, effective management and communications with sub-consultants and quality standards.

• Certificate of professional or commercial registration, declaration under oath or certificate imposed by the Member state in which the applicant is established;
• Confirmation that the Member State concerned to the effect that the tenderer has fulfilled its obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the tenderer is established;
• Confirmation that the tenderer has fulfilled its obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which the tenderer is established.
