Form of Notice Inviting Applications/Bids for Rights and Interests in Land and Coal
In order to promote competition within the Coal Industry, the Coal Authority has decided to publicise the following Applications / Bids for Rights and Interests in Land and Coal :-
Operating Licence Application (Opencast)
An application has been submitted for a licence to work coal and a bid has been submitted for rights and interests in land and/or coal within the specified radius around the following National Grid References.

Alternative expressions of interest in submitting other applications for licences and bids for interests in land/coal in relation to these areas should be submitted to the Authority within 30 days of the date of this notice. Formal detail and completed applications should be submitted to the Authority within 60 days of the date of this notice.
