Form of Notice Inviting Applications/Bids for Rights and Interests in Land and Coal
In order to promote competition within the Coal Industry, the Coal Authority has decided to publicise the following Applications / Bids for Rights and Interests in Land and Coal :-
Access to Coal/Surface land for the Purpose of Coal Bed Methane Extraction
An application has been submitted for a coal access agreement and/or bid for surface land within the specified radius around the following National Grid References.

Alternative expressions of interest in submitting other applications for licences and bids for interests in land/coal in relation to these areas should be submitted to the Authority within 30 days of the date of this notice. Formal detail and completed applications should be submitted to the Authority within 60 days of the date of this notice.
The appropriate Guidance Notes, Application Forms, Scale of Fees etc. can be obtained from the Authority on request to :-
