Property Auctions

The Coal Authority's Estates Department are working in partnership with  Colliers CRE  to auction various properties within its ownership. This is the first major auction undertaken by the Coal Authority and is part of a rolling programme to dispose of a number of properties throughout the year. This property is wide ranging from amenity land and building plots to residential property.

The first auctions will take place in February and will include:

• Lot 198 (MANCHESTER) 14 & 16 Ivy House Lane, Bilston, Staffs
• Lot 199 (MANCHESTER) 145 Whitfield Road, Ballgreen, Stoke-on-Trent
• Lot 174 (MANCHESTER) Whittlebrook Reservoir, Walkden
• Lot 116 (YORKSHIRE) Land at 29/31 The Crescent, Sunnyside, Rotherham
• Lot 118 (YORKSHIRE) 2 Amorys Holt Close, Maltby, Yorks
