The Role:
Providing comprehensive administration support to the Subsidence team and front line customer service and assistance to the general public, consultants and contractors in relation to subsidence issues. Duties will include audio typing, data input, invoice management, maintenance of departmental databases, electronic and paper file retrieval and archiving.
The ideal candidate will have:

Administrative experience in a busy office environment
-
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or equivalent, including Maths and English
-
RSA II Audio Typing/Word Processing qualification

Proven experience in operating Microsoft Office packages

Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills and a confident telephone manner

Proven ability to manage high volumes of typing and unpredictable workloads whilst ensuring that service levels and quality targets are met

A flexible approach, with experience of working in a team environment
