• Audit Committee Meetings are held prior to Board Meetings in the months of March, May, June, September and November.
  
• HR & Remuneration Committee Meetings are held prior to Board Meetings in the months of February, June and November
  
• Easter 2008:  Good Friday 21/3/08  Easter Monday 24/3/08
  
• The board cycle has been amended to remove the meetings scheduled for April, August and December and the items for discussion at those meetings have been reallocated.  The dates will be kept in diaries provisionally and if there is business to discuss a telephone board meeting may be held.
